Why We Built This Site
Moore County does not have one public search box that covers every court and service record. The issuing court holds the case and controls a recall or new setting; the sheriff is the local contact for service and custody status. The Circuit Court Clerk at the courthouse also routes many General Sessions questions. Lynchburg's municipal court works as an additional General Sessions division, which can send a city citation to the courthouse rather than a separate city portal. Tennessee's TBI TORIS service checks criminal history, not a live warrant. This reference brings together official contact routes, record-access rules, court forms, and state tools while keeping their limits clear.
